Abstract

In this paper, we present a case study that provides evidence that the preservation of the mental health of teachers, despite being subjected to working conditions which in many cases are considered pathogenic, depends on the association of their individual characteristics and of the particular form of work organizationthat allows the creation of innovative ways of conducting their activities from the available resources, establishing exchange experiences with their peers.
