A Fenomenologia e a Semiose das Instituições de Ensino Superior (The Phenomenology and semiosis of Higher Education Institutions)

Abstract

This work aims to address the semiotic theory and phenomenology, including a draw of sign, object and interpretant in the Semiotics of Charles Sanders Peirce applied to higher education institutions.the immediate experience of life is always located in groups: the family, class, and friends. At work, the immediate horizon of experience is always composed of groups: the team is in the company, the group of studies in school, the project team. In these organizations, emerges a new element: the group is trapped in an institutional system, the organization, which distances the possibility of direct action on the decisions, creating a feeling of impotence, because decisions are made elsewhere without their members are consulted.
