Foucaultian Archaeo-genealogy of Knowledge About “The Human”

The aim of this work is to review the approach of the discourse of knowledge (savoir) about "the human" deployed by Michel Foucault that fits in his problematization of criticism as a diagnostic activity of the present. In this sense, it should be stressed that when we reconstruct the archival work on the knowledge (savoir) whose formation contributed to the constitution of the "man" figure, we are not referring only to the human sciences, but also to the set of knowledge (savoir) which frame the problematization of "man", as being that "lives, works and speaks". That is, the sciences which take as their object the so-called "quasi-transcendental" of modern episteme, i.e. life, work and language.
