Abstract

Analysis of the work Thus spoke Zarathustra (1883-1885), by the German philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche. More specifically, they stop at the second moment of that work, Da redemption. In a sense, Zarathustra - as a kind of mask over Nietzsche's face - presents a good part of Nietzschean doctrine: there is a walk, or a crossing, that will take him to the hero's journey, both in terms of content and in the style of narrating your philosophy. Therefore, Zarathustra, as a mask for the philosopher Nietzsche, weaves his criticisms of the West, being also a mask through which the journey is taken and the subject's redemption is reached.

Adelino Pereira da Silva, Universidade Federal da Paraíba

Doutor em Filosofia (UFPE/UFPB/UFRN), tendo como principais áreas de atuação e interesse a Ética e Filosofia Política; Filosofia da Comunicação; Ética e Direitos Humanos; Comunicação, Linguagem e Estética e; Retórica e Filosofia da linguagem. Atuei como membro pesquisador do Grupo de Estudos, Pesquisa e Produção em Audiovisual - GEPPAU/PPGC/UFPB. Fui também pesquisador ativo do HERMES - Grupo Integrado de Pesquisa em Fenomenologia, Linguagem, Hermenêutica, História dos Conceitos e Teoria Crítica UFPB/CNPq; do Grupo de Pesquisa BIOS - Núcleo de Estudos em Biopolítica e Filosofia Contemporânea UEPB/CNPq; e do Núcleo de Pesquisa em Ensino de Filosofia e Filosofia Marxista UEPB/CNPq.
