The present article intends to explain the problematization about the concept of health exposed in Friedrich Nietzsche's Ecce homo. Therefore, this article is divided into three moments. In the first part, we brought the relationship between the triad of thoughts (theory of forces, eternal return and will to power). Subsequently, we brought the description of what would be the criteria to classify the health-disease process (method, genealogy and physiopsychology), finally, we present the classification of the diseases of life exposed in Ecce Homo, as well as its dissemination process. It is worth noting that during our argument, we highlight the paradox that works as a condition for Nietzsche's philosophical exercise in Ecce Homo, whose core is composed of the following statement: it is only possible to recover health, from a philosophical point of view, if in some previous moment there was an experience of health and potency.
