Abstract

The present work aimed to draw a digital panorama of the municipal executives of Paraíba, from the evaluation of the technological tools made available by the municipalities in compliance with the current legislation. To this end, bibliographic and exploratory research and data collection were used to evaluate the information. In the end, the results showed that the majority of the executive bodies of the municipalities in Paraíba do not comply with the rules, being adequate to the precepts of Complementary Laws nº 101/2000 and nº 131/2009, in addition to federal law nº 12.527/2011, demonstrating that there is a trend of consolidation of this scenario, although there are aspects that need to be corrected, especially in the city halls of the municipalities with smaller population, including in the agencies that already meet the determined criteria, in the case of the largest cities in the state.
