Abstract

This work aims to map the main knowledge, attitudes and skills necessary for the librarian to work in the electronic game development processes. For this, a literature review was applied from 2000 to 2024. From the analysis of the collected data, it was possible to verify which skills inherent to the librarian's training would be of interest to the games market, and which should be acquired in an appropriate way. complementary to work in the area. Finally, the study highlights the versatility of the librarian in his professional context, enabling his insertion in companies focused on the electronic games development market.
