CARACTERIZAÇÃO CLIMÁTICA DA CIDADE DE SOBRAL/CE A PARTIR DE DADOS OFICIAIS

Abstract

This article aims at the climate characterization of the city of Sobral/Ceará, located in the northwestern region of the state, the city is inserted in the semi -arid context, with high temperatures and climatic conditions adverse to the population, but despite the knowledge of the city and it is necessary to understand those Characteristics and the variability of climatic elements, thus, analyzed the official data of Inmet, the data analyzed were, temperature, relative humidity, precipitation, sunshine, cloudiness and winds, as well as the generation of water balance graphics. The result exposes climatic conditions consistent with the semiarid, where seasonality has interference in the performance of climatic elements, where in the rainy season the conditions become milder, while in the dry period the weather conditions are more adverse.
