Abstract: This article analyzes the foreign policies of the United States under Donald Trump and Joe Biden, highlighting the differences between Republican and Democratic approaches. The objective is to compare how Trump's protectionist policies contrast with Biden's multilateral practices and their impact on international relations. The research examines how these divergent policies influence global dynamics, particularly in trade, alliances, and international interventions. Using a bibliographic and qualitative methodology, the analysis of presidential speeches and academic literature reveals how these approaches affect global stability, alliances, and trade policies, emphasizing the importance of understanding changes in American administrations to anticipate the future role of the United States in the international arena.
