Open Access Statement
The Sudamerica: International Journal of Human Rights fully adopts the Open Access model, making all its content freely available on the internet without financial, legal, or technical restrictions. This means that anyone can access, read, download, copy, distribute, print, research, or fully use the published texts, provided that proper credit is given to the authorship and the original source.
The journal publishes original articles, essays, reviews, interviews, and other formats of scientific production, selected by the editorial board and subjected to peer review. All content published in Sudamerica is the sole responsibility of the authors and the editorial team, who are accountable for the ethical and academic aspects of the texts.
To ensure transparency, the free circulation of knowledge, and respect for copyright, Sudamerica applies the CC Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 license. This license allows works to be shared and redistributed, as long as they remain in their original form, without modifications or commercial use, and with proper attribution of authorship.
