Abstract

Understanding to be a part of the neoliberal flexibilization process, the intermittent employment contract, the object of study in this article, will be analyzed in line with the social protection system, the infraconstitutional rules and the understanding of the public institutions responsible for the construction of the regulations and affirmation of labor law in Brazil. Therefore, initially a bibliographic survey was carried out with a review of the specialized literature, then an analysis of the articles that regulate the intermittent employment contract, opinions, jurisprudence, resolutions and norms on the theme was carried out, always aiming to analyze the employment contract. intermittent in a critical perspective.
