The e-learning, becoming more common because of its flexibility and adaptability, provides opportunities to exchange knowledge and advantages in organizing cooperation projects with developing countries. Around this mode of teaching have developed three cooperation projects between the Universidade Eduardo Mondlane in Mozambique and Spanish Universities Distance Education and Carlos III de Madrid, whose results are reported here. The Library and Information Science is very attached to e-learning, to undertake technological literacy in the use of platforms and knowledge transfer mechanisms.
