Abstract

This work argues about the information management model of the Program of Bibliographic Commutation – COMUT which is a mediator for the access to the information. It demonstrates the Program processes, indicating the critical factors of success for each offered product or service. It suggests a systematic and integrated planning with other areas of the IBICT, presenting solutions to attend the users necessities with pro-activity, pointing growth strategies that incorporate quality rules to provided information.
