Abstract

This article has for objective understood through the literature analysis the existing relations between the indexing politics and the organizational knowledge management in organizational contexts as subsidy for the implementation of strategic actions. We seek also, identify the essential elements for the establishment of indexing politics and under which mechanisms this process is supported. From some inferences we present the organizational knowledge management model that understands elements relatives to the actors, organization and external environment.
