Abstract

The globalized environment and consequently competitive in that the organizations are inserted affect significantly the way by the which the clients perceive the service. The central objective of that article is going to discuss the importance of aggregate worthy to the service, specifically them offered by the information units and the factors that should be led in consideration for that, mainly, the clients perceive the built-in value in the service acquired. They present itself concepts, characteristics and classification of service and value in information units. The results suggest that the information units agents revejam the trials and the needs informacionais of his users. It understands itself that trial requer, between others factors, knowledge whose are the users, which are their information needs, investments and time. Only after they observed and cured those factors, its be possible offer to the user of a service information unit specialized and worthy generators.
