DESVIOS DE ROTAS: O COTIDIANO DAS EMBARCAÇÕES NO PERÍODO DE TRANSFERÊNCIA DA CORTE PORTUGUESA PARA O BRASIL

Abstract

The objective of this paper is to analyze the changes in the routes of vessels and people during the transfer of the Portuguese Court to Brazil. At the time of intensification of disputes between France, Portugal and England, the movement of people and objects widened, while this mobilization occurred, became common deviations of route changes and destinations of passengers. These changes showed routes conflicts between old and new customs code, expanding the possibilities of creating new demands and negotiation mechanisms.
