Abstract

Looking up, in this text, discuss questions related to the language of graphic humor (while charge), a theoretical framework of a cultural history of comic humor and practices, trying to think this production from its producers and its place production. By highlighting the social and political nature of the charge, we can see the idea as a cartoonist subject acting on reality, since by incorporating certain events, build and disseminate a particular social vision of the world.
