Abstract

The text intends to specify in what sense Hegel employs the notion of metaphysics in connection with the idea of logic. Hegel's renewed sense is contrasted with the Kantian notion of metaphysics, so that a comparison is made between both concepts. The text still aims to correct some mistaken views about Hegel's concept of metaphysics. Finally, some contemporary notions of metaphysics are analyzed and considered in relation to the hegelian notion.
