It aims to discourse heritage education based on the presence of virtual libraries and museums in the school. It questions about their appropriation and their uses in the classroom of virtual environments as learning spaces, which allow to save, enhance, and access documentary memory. Discusses the perception of secondary school students in a public school in the city of Fortaleza-Ceará regarding digital heritage. As a research methodology, a mediation workshop was used for the young school audience, in order to present cultural environments whose collections are available on digital media. As a result, it is evident that heritage education and systematic pedagogical work through which individuals or collectives are led to interact with memorial collections in different formats, supports or media, will certainly contribute to the promotion of these heritage assets.Downloads
