Resource Description and Access (RDA) has been adopted as the standard for cataloging, bringing significant changes to bibliographic description processes. However, in Brazil, the adoption of RDA has been slow and faces obstacles, such as the lack of pedagogical resources in Portuguese. The aim of this article is to present the RDA PARA TODES software prototype as a new technological option for teaching and learning the new cataloging guideline. It addresses implementation strategies and librarian training in countries within the Steering Committee for Development of RDA, comparing them with the Brazilian reality. It also explores the possibilities of using technology for teaching/learning, highlighting the potential use of no-code/low-code platform-developed applications as facilitators in the learning process. Agile development was used, with the application of the Product Development Process being used to control the steps and procedures. Firebase and AppyGyver resources were chosen for software development. The article concludes by presenting the prototype of the "RDA PARA TODES" software for teaching RDA in Portuguese.
