Abstract

Results of a survey applied in institutions dealing with technolo-gical information activities in Pernambuco State/Brazil. The study presents the profile of four particular institutions, that is: FIEPE/ITEP/- SEBRAE/SENAI. Aspects of internal structure, services, management, users, supply and demand for information were investigated and analysed in the study.
