VIRTUALS ORGANIZATION:contribution for the state of art

Abstract

The accentuated growth in new technologies and an enlargement in the development of virtual organisations, generates, discussion concerning how these companies should be, what are their necessary characteristics, in what stage of virtuakisation these companies should be classified, what are the training needs of virtual communities. In an attempt to contribute to the state of the art on the theme of virtual organisations, this work presents a bibliographic collection with regard to concepts of: what is virtual, organisational arrangements and virtualisation of processes, communities and virtual organisations.
