Abstract

The development of the digital technologies of the communication and information, above all the world net of computers, enlarges heavily the access possibilities to the cultural diversity, turning possible so much homogeneity processes, as of resistance to the cultural patterns that there circulate. The information, as well as the manners of communicating her, assumes unique relevance, because, besides stopping her, it is necessary to know to obtain her and to use her/it in a fast way, it holds and effective. For the information it is valued, he/she becomes necessary the conservation, the guard and it guards her/it of the same, as beginning and end in a way of seeing the world mediate for fragments and vestiges of a past (re) discovered and created again in own spaces as the Libraries, the Files and the Museums. In the measure in that these spaces are placed in half virtual, the memory, besides being rescued, it is preserved and disseminated place and globally, strengthening and valuing the whole meaning certain cultural area. Our purpose in this work is it of discussing conceptual and methodology the information as base of the virtual atmospheres for the culture as education. For so much, we approached the Virtual Atmospheres as examples of devices built starting from the Digital Technologies of the Information and Communication (TDIC) that can be used for several human activities, besides the educational ones, configuring them as devices of power for an or other cultural reference. In that context, the culture becomes constituted by a group information, inside of an elaboration perspective that is the one of strengthening her/it for the valorization of the identities - fundamental elements for the education.
