Abstract

This work deals with the debate about poverty and socio-economic marginalization as a way of expulsion fundamental rights of the human person. In particular, it will examine the issue of (in) food security and nutrition in the context of the Brazilian state, in order to the performance of public authorities and civil society in public policy in the implementation of food human right to adequate food and, of the primacy of human dignity.
