Novo Sindicalismo e Globalização: as discussões em torno do contrato coletivo de trabalho

Abstract

This paper performs a resumption of the doctrinaire debate which occurred in the beginnings of the years 90, around the collective work contract. Then, from that point, one proposes new avenues which help to understand the said legal institute, by a consideration of the conjuncture of the time when it was suggested, when the demands for autonomy of the New Syndicalism began to be confronted by pressures for relaxation resulting from opening of Brazilian Economy to the external market.
