Abstract

This article presents considerations on the recognition of fundamental rights of the worker at the international level. For both, there is a specific study of the 1998 Declaration of the International Labour Organization. It is, at first, the relevance of the above statement, and secondly, criticism is the limitation of the same material. Broadly speaking, it is intended to focus on the guarantee of fundamental rights of workers and respect the principle of human dignity, essential to the pursuit of a decent work.
