Abstract

The Balanced Ecological Environment is analyzed as part of the Existential Minimum, through the Dignity of the Person Human being. For the critical analysis of this relation, the Law n. 11.284/2007, which regulates Public Forests, has been chosen with the purpose of demonstrating the Socialbiodiversity of these environmental resources is vital for the survival of traditional populations. Thus, it is concluded that the intention of the presented rule is to implant sustainable practices to Socialbiodiversity, enabling the provision of a balanced environment to achieve a deserving life.
