Information For Authors

Prim@ Facie – Law, History, and Politics is an international journal published by the Graduate Program in Law at the Universidade Federal da Paraiba, João Pessoa, State of Paraiba, Brazil. Collaborations in Portuguese, Spanish, English, Italian and French are welcome! It becomes a four-monthly publication from 2016. We strongly encourage submissions from abroad, especially authors with interests concerning to Human Rights, Legal History, Development and Economic Studies. You are welcome to submit your paper to this journal. We recommend reading About the Journal the Journal for more information concerning our policies and scope, as well as the Author Guidelines. Authors need to register with Prim@ Facie journal prior to submitting or if already registered, may simply log in and begin the online process. We would like to remind that works in which the hypothesis is clear have more chance to be approved. It is very important to present a manuscript updated with the production made by experts, especially articles published in specialized journals considering the chosen field. All the papers with the pretense of being a scientific article (not of being a review of the literature, or another kind of piece) will be submitted to the double-blind process of review, and must be unpublished as well as especially innovative. Sources used as fundamentals of the work must have been indicated with all data. The referees often require more information on it once verified your sources are not so evident. We recommend caring about the language used to express your ideas: if you do not communicate well your arguments or purposes, or if the text comes with too much typing errors, the referees will not properly give attention to the content.
