BREVES CONSIDERAÇÕES SOBRE A LITERATURA SURDA

Abstract

O presente trabalho discorre brevemente sobre a literatura surda no Brasil, pontuando seu público-alvo e insumos necessários para atingi-lo. Para tal, procuramos percorrer as pegadas de alguns articulistas em busca do pensar autoral e das composições literárias. Analisando aspectos como o poema, a tradução e a criança aprendiz surda em um ambiente bilíngue, no qual ela possui a língua de sinais como sua língua materna, pesquisamos quais seriam as condições existentes para sua inserção no orbe dos contos, histórias e fantasias e, nesse sentido, quais os aspectos encontrados atualmente nos meios literários brasileiros.

The present study deals briefly with deaf literature in Brazil, highlighting its target audience and the inputs necessary to reach it. To this end, we followed the trail of some writers in search of the authorial thinking and literary compositions. Considering aspects such as the poem, translation, and the deaf apprentice child in a bilingual environment, in which s/he has the sign language as his mother language, we examined the existing conditions for its insertion in tales, stories and fantasies, together with the aspects currently found in the Brazilian literary media.
