This article aims to think about the place of substances and remedies in the processes of elaboration of State and medications in the processes of elaboration of the State, having as a starting point the debate about the chloroquine proposal as a possibility to face the Sars-Cov-2 pandemic in Brazil. Ask me, here, about the place of everyday life and common life in extraordinary processes and events, as well as the ways in which everyday life has become an arena of dispute. Thus, I propose that we think or clone the effect not only in its biomedical terms, but in the real regimes in which they exist and disputes, such as the moral, economic and legal dimensions that are part of the movement. Thus, finishing to understand that Chloroquine does State.
