About the Journal
Direitos Humanos e Transdisciplinaridade is an academic-scientific journal affiliated with the Department of Legal Sciences (DCJ-CCJ) of the Federal University of Paraíba (UFPB), created and led by students. With a biannual periodicity, it seeks to value the theme of Human Rights from a transdisciplinary perspective, aiming to foster academic and scientific production and dialogue among various areas of knowledge.
Focus and Scope
Direitos Humanos e Transdisciplinaridade is inspired by the student protagonism of undergraduate students and the defense of science produced within universities, bringing to academic debate the need for students to occupy spaces directly linked to academic production and to self-manage these spaces. To this end, the journal emphasizes the extreme relevance of debating Human Rights within Law courses, in dialogue with other scientific and non-scientific fields of knowledge, having transdisciplinarity as a methodological and epistemological horizon.
