Discute políticas públicas para juventude no contexto informacional de jovens brasileiros e espanhóis. Objetiva analisar os modelos de Gestão da Informação e do Conhecimento das políticas públicas e programas voltados para a juventude desenvolvidos na região de Aragón da Espanha e do Brasil pelos agentes dos programas com competência. Estabelece base conceitual para reflexão das questões suscitadas em modelos de gestão da informação (GI) e gestão do conhecimento (GC) adotados como referências. Utiliza a perspectiva metodológica de base filosófica pós-estruturalista com tipologia quali-quantitativa, bibliográfica, documental, descritiva e estudo de casos múltiplos. Resulta nos desenhos organizacionais de GI e GC específicos baseados em modelos de referência, nos principais focos de GI e GC na perspectiva do compartilhamento em rede cuja finalidade está no conhecimento, informação e formação para a juventude.
