O impacto do suporte organizacional percebido, do empoderamento psicológico e da interação líder-liderado no comprometimento organizacional: um estudo em instituições bancárias privadas

Resumo

O ambiente bancário brasileiro é reconhecidamente competitivo e estressante e, portanto, potencialmente danoso à saúde. O que se pretende neste trabalho é avaliar como os funcionários percebem a valorização de suas contribuições e o cuidado por seu bem-estar, o senso de controle no desempenho das funções e a qualidade dos relacionamentos entre os diferentes níveis hierárquicos e em que medida estas percepções impactam as atitude no trabalho e os laços que unem funcionários e empresas. A pesquisa foi conduzida por meio da coleta de informações com aplicação de questionários, análise de dados estatísticos por meio de modelagem de equações estruturais fundamentada em mínimos quadrados parciais e  processamento com o auxílio do programa WARP PLS 6.0.
