Abstract

For the development of the research, a qualitative approach was used, with exploratory, bibliographic, documentary and data collection procedures and techniques from interviews. Regarding the method, the inductive will be used, and finally, as to the objective, this article has an exploratory character. Thus, it is concluded that it is urgent and necessary to debate the issue of lands that involve quilombola communities, represented in this work by Quilombo do Ipiranga, so that it is possible to realize the rights constitutionally guaranteed to these traditional peoples.
