Abstract
The purpose of this article is to analyze how Anticommunism is historically reinvented in Brazil through Brazilian Foreign Policy at different historical moments such as the 20th century and the beginning of the 21st century. The methodology uses bibliographic review and documentary analysis / official speeches on the theme. The hypothesis defended is that Anticommunism in Brazilian Foreign Policy is a reflection of the structural and conjunctural dynamics of the international system, as well as of the national political-ideological scenarios, both in the previous century and in the current century. Finally, as final arguments, it is understood that Anti-Communism in Foreign Policy is a recurring phenomenon in Brazilian international strategy, as part of international political actions.
