Abstract

The Knowledge Management (KM) is taken as an important tool in the process of competitive intelligence, for it works with the informal stream of the process. The strategies used in the area of knowledge management make the formation of a well supported knowledge possible and create a positive environment to the sharing of knowledge actives generated by the people involved in the organization. Finally, through specific methods and techniques from the KM it is possible to create a positive organizational culture towards the competitive intelligence process generating organizational competitive advantages.
