About the Journal

Áltera (ISSN 2447-9837) is a continuous flow scientific journal produced by the Postgraduate Program in Anthropology (PPGA) of the Federal University of Paraíba (UFPB) with the aim of supporting national and international anthropological production and carrying out accessible and quality scientific dissemination work. The journal has publications in Portuguese, Spanish and English, and has been evaluated with Qualis A4 concept, one of the most qualified strata according to the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel - CAPES (a foundation linked to the Brazilian Ministry of Education).
