A QUESTÃO AGRÁRIA NA MEMÓRIA DO JUDICIÁRIO

Abstract

The agrarian question, in the memory of the judiciary, proposes to discuss the ownershippropriety of land, its mercantilization and implications to social organizations, within the occupation of space. The aim of the discussion is to offer contributions to the methodological debate focussing on the work carried out with the use of judicial sources, in which it is possible to find proceedings involving a multiplicity of subjects and situations related to land, with significances different from those traditionally attributed to the issue.
