Abstract

Interview with Spanish researcher María Santos-Sainz. In the opportunity, it was approached the author’s trajectory, such as her experiences, perceptions of the field in contemporary times and her main works. Santos-Sainz focuses mainly on the history of journalism, the history of journalistic thought and political thought through journalism (noting, for example, names such as Albert Camus, François Mauriac and Virginia Woolf). The interview provides the opportunity for the Brazilian public to come into contact with the author’s work, which is still little known in the country.
