The possibilities for mediating information have been intensified with social media. In this context, this objective investigation analyzes the @ppgci.ufc profile on Instagram, observing pragmatic aspects related to the implicit mediation of information. Methodologically, it is defined as a descriptive investigation, with a qualitative approach, through a field and documentary study, through content analysis. The results indicate planning, sharing, comments and hashtags as possibilities for implicit mediation on Instagram. It is concluded that institutions have created profiles on social media, such as Instagram, and are publishing, disseminating and communicating important information.
