Objective: The objective of this scientific research is to present, demonstrate, and reflect on a hybrid informational decimal classification system using the "number, comma, number" model, in which each class of the most general subjects (superclasses) will be assigned a standardized color. Methodology: The method used is qualitative-descriptive and exploratory, with a literature review and theoretical contribution from information science. Results: By developing this hybrid informational decimal classification system, adopting a decimal number system in the scheme of 0.000 to 0.900, with the addition of distinct and standardized colors assigned to each more generic subject, this classification allows for a thematic representation covering all the knowledge constructed by humanity. Conclusion: It is concluded that a well-developed thematic representation adapted to children and young people requires a classification system that meets their specific needs, saving them time and providing a distinct, more attractive, inviting, friendly, inclusive, and accessible informational environment through a method that fosters the autonomy of young readers.
