DHT (Law and Transdisciplinarity) Journal’s Open Access Statement
The DHT (Law and Transdisciplinarity) journal fully supports the Open Access (OA) model by providing free and unrestricted access to its entire content on the public internet, without financial, legal, or technical barriers. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or use the full texts of the articles without prior permission, provided the original authors are properly credited.
DHT publishes original articles, essays, reviews, interviews, and other types of scholarly texts selected by its editorial board and peer review process. All published content is the sole responsibility of the authors and the journal's editorial team.
To ensure transparency and facilitate content reuse, the journal adopts the CC Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0, which allows redistribution, adaptation, and commercial use of the work, as long as proper credit is given. This license is recommended for maximum dissemination of knowledge.
