Abstract

The post-graduate course in Library Science of the UFPB, since its stablishment in 1977 up to now is describe. It is presented the cur-ricular reform at 1988 as well as criterion of CAPES evaluation concerning the course development. The results of an Action-research developed by lecturers and students are also presented.
