The knowledge and information management facilitates the use of the enterprise information for decisions making, generating organizational knowledge. The State of Paraíba launched the challenge “Excellency in Enterprise Management” offering the ‘Paraiban Quality Prize’ (PPQ) and Enterprise Revelation Prize (PRE) to the detached companies. The considered criteria of excellency for awarding stands out for information and knowledge. This initiative woke the interest in diagnosising paraibans companies -with headquarters in João Pessoa -PB -considered “excellency in enterprise management” the documentary management of information and knowledge practices to adjust them in the unity of information. Amongst the universe of eight companies, it was selected that one considered of great transport and with headquarters in João Pessoa -PB, having formed the sample to be worked. After interview accomplishment evidences that one of the companies is distinguished in practical of information and knowledge management. The data had been collected by half-structuralized interview. The results demonstrate that diverse Management of the Information and the Knowledge practical ones could be extensive to the unity of information promoting learning.Downloads
