THE URBANE MICROCLIMATE: A REFLECTION FROM THE SQUARE LUIZ NOGUEIRA OF SERRINHA-BA

Abstract

This work is an abbreviation theoretical discussion on the urban climate, more specifically on climate small of the square Luiz Nogueira of Serrinha-BA city. The method approach of this study is the inductive, with a qualitative purpose (that takes into account the several explanations), and the methodological process for obtaining of the objectives of that study is the historical rising to revise the literature of the square and bibliographical analysis concerning the theme. It presents as proposal to the local public power the creation of green areas, preferably with leafy trees, in the urban public spaces as form of softening the islands of heat taking advantage the potential of those vegetables for us to reduce the emission of CO2, that you/they use part of the carbon for their metabolic activities. Therefore, it can be ended that the presence of that species in great amount works as an difficulty of the islands of heat; it purifies the air of the square and I spill because of the photosynthesis process, it impedes that the solar radiation and the penetration of solar rays reach the soil more frequently, in spite of the circulation of vehicles that you/they emit greenhouse effect gases.
