The National Curriculum Guidelines for the Law Undergraduate Course and Resolution No. 5, of December 17, 2018, stipulate that the education of legal professionals should include studies in Anthropology, Political Science, Economics, Ethics, Philosophy, History, Psychology, and Sociology. The aim of this study was to identify how the offering of disciplines that make up the general formation of justice operators (specifically Anthropology, Sociology, and Political Science) is developed in the city of Palmas/TO. The research was divided into two parts. First, a literature review was conducted on works dealing with legal education and emancipatory education in undergraduate courses, followed by a qualitative analysis. The study on the discipline offerings was based on three aspects: 1- descriptive and documentary analysis of the courses' Political Pedagogical Projects (PPPs); 2- teachers' formation, and 3- ENADE scores. Thus, it was concluded that the syllabi and bibliographies of the analyzed courses are quite similar. However, there is a disparity between the proposal in terms of form and the effectiveness of teaching, observed in the ENADE scores. Regarding the teachers' formation, it was concluded that a minority have a background in the humanistic disciplines they teach.
