Cultivando o Bem Viver através da Inovação Social: a experiência do Observatório de Inovação Social da Fronteira

Resumo

Debater a inovação social, atrelada à abordagem do Bem Viver, surge como uma proposta potente para o enfrentamento dos desafios das sociedades latino-americanas, promovendo e valorizando a participação democrática dos atores, reavivando laços comunitários e a busca por uma relação menos predatória com a natureza. Partindo de uma ampla revisão da literatura e do paradigma da complexidade como estratégia para religar conhecimentos e campos científicos, este artigo (teórico-empírico) tem por objetivo apresentar uma operacionalização transdisciplinar para o Bem Viver com base nas inovações sociais pragmatistas. Especificamente, será apresentado o estudo do Ecossistema de Inovação Social na fronteira Brasil-Bolívia, realizado através do Observatório de Inovação Social da Fronteira. Os resultados contribuem para o avanço da temática em foco ao valorizar as mobilizações promovidas pelas comunidades, visibilizar os problemas públicos da região e o papel do Estado nesse processo. Essa proposta surge como uma estratégia para se pensar em novas formas de vida, políticas públicas e em governança a partir da realidade latino-americana
