Purpose: to carry out a systematic review of the Brazilian scientific production on Organizational Aesthetics, in publications in the administration area, in the Spell database. Methodology: Based on the perspective of a qualitative approach, the method of systematic literature review was chosen, based on the PRISMA protocol, since it provides researchers with subsidies to understand the phenomenon through the mapping of the scientific field investigated. Results: The data led us to identify existing trends in the field of national scientific production around two main axes: (1) Aesthetics and Antonio Strati and (2) Aesthetics and Michel de Certeau. Contributions: This review represents a theoretical effort to identify new thematic intersections and provide new perspectives on organizational phenomena based on organizational aesthetics. We can highlight the development of studies on organizational aesthetics with themes already consolidated and emerging, or still neglected, as a possible way to understand organizational phenomena.
