Abstract

In this article we’ll explore the logical dimension of the so-called Anticipations of the Perception in the Critique of pure reason, in order to dialogue with the possibilities opened from there with the late Kantian work, especially with the Opus postumum. For this, we’ll discuss the composition of the Anticipations en its narrative context to then relate them with the observations made in Prolegomena on their formal or material character and, finally, to think el problem of the anticipation of infinite magnitudes in the Opus.

Angelo Narváez León, Universidad Católica Raúl Silva Henríquez

Ph.D. (Universidad Católica de Valparaíso). Lecturer of Epistemology at Universidad Alberto Hurtado, and Associated Professor at Universidad Silva Henríquez. Is the author of Between Revolution and Restoration. Hegel’s Rechtsphilosophie (2018), Hegel and World Economy. Critique and Genesis of the Political Economy of Colonialism (2019), and Militant Pantheism. Economy, Religion and the Anti-Hegelian Restoration in Germany (forthcoming 2021), all the three of them in Spanish. He is a Spanish translator of the correspondences of Rosa Luxemburg and Karl Marx, and German-Spanish translator at the Berliner Institut für kritische Theorie (Historicsh-kritisches Wörterbuch des Marxismus), and Secretary of the Hegelian Studies Society (Chile).
