The idea of The Spirit of the Laws with the Law on education aims to clarify how to manage society and work for the people of each country with different political institutions. From the perspective of approach, this article is about education law to clarify Montesquieu's legal spirit in terms of Law. The report uses analytical, comparative, synthesis, and justification methods to describe the control of state power in different states. Montesquieu's legal thought demonstrated the dominant ability of the Law in a state-owned society to regulate social relations and maintain social order. So any form educates that. That is the basis for the Education Law to be handled in each country.
